Job Description

Role: Manager, Incident Response within the Advisory practice, focusing on leading cyber incident response activities and managing investigations of cyber threats such as ransomware, data breaches, and insider threats. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, including triage, containment, eradication, and recovery. Oversee and manage incident investigations, ensuring effective communication with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams during high-impact events. Conduct root cause analysis, develop remediation plans, and integrate findings into broader cyber resilience strategies. Manage incident response performance, define SLAs, track metrics, and enhance methodologies and service offerings. Collaborate with threat management, governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and technology teams while mentoring incident response personnel. Uphold professional integrity, responsibility, and a respectful work environment. Qualifications And Skills Minimum five years of experience in cybersecurity incident response or cyber threat management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus. Proven expertise in leading cyber investigations, managing escalations, and applying frameworks like NIST or SANS. Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR, DLP, and threat intelligence platforms. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to present to senior leadership.
