Role Summary

We are seeking a Mid-Level Video Creative Strategist & Editor with 3+ years of mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve to lead our creative production. In this role, you will manage the full post-production lifecycle for a diverse range of content, including cinematic brand films, TV commercials, and high-retention Meta ads.

Beyond technical editing, you will be responsible for drafting creative briefs and scripting for advertising, ensuring a strategic foundation for every project. This role also requires entry-level graphic design skills to develop static Meta ads optimized for e-commerce. Crucially, you will leverage AI-assisted tools to radically enhance workflow efficiency, allowing you to focus on high-level narrative innovation and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Full Post-Production Lifecycle Management

• Lead the video editing and polishing of all content types (brand films, TV commercials, and high-retention Meta ads).
• Ensure professional quality in color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics/text overlays.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while reporting directly to the Creative Director.

Creative Strategy & Scripting

• Draft comprehensive creative briefs and write strategic scripts for advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze modern advertising trends to ensure content is optimized for high engagement and conversion.

Static Ad & Graphic Production

• Utilize entry-level graphic design skills to create and optimize static Meta ads specifically for e-commerce clients.
• Ensure visual consistency across both video and static assets within a campaign.

AI-Integrated Workflow Management

• Implement and manage AI-assisted tools to streamline the editing process and enhance production speed.
• Stay at the forefront of "Prompt Engineering" to generate specific visual styles or creative scripts via AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The Technical Toolkit

• Editor Proficiency: 3+ years of professional experience in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Audio & Color: Solid understanding of cinematic color grading (LUT application and skin-tone matching) and professional audio mixing.
• Format Literacy: Advanced knowledge of modern aspect ratios and delivery specs for various social and broadcast platforms.

The Creative Edge

• Storytelling Intuition: The ability to "find the story" within raw footage independently.
• Speed vs. Quality Balance: Knowing when to produce a high-impact viral clip quickly versus a polished brand film over several days.
• Adaptive Aesthetics: A portfolio demonstrating the ability to shift between "lo-fi/authentic" social styles and "high-production" corporate visuals.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Output Efficiency: Maintaining a consistent delivery schedule while integrating at least 30% AI automation into the workflow.
• Revision Efficiency: Effectively managing client feedback to ensure revisions remain within project timelines and budgeted hours.
