Pay: $20/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule About Sogility STL Strength & Conditioning Coach Sogility STL | St. Louis, MO Pay: $20/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Sogility STL is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team and help young athletes develop the physical qualities needed to perform at their best. This position will work primarily with youth soccer players ages 7–16 , helping athletes improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, movement quality, and overall athletic development in a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Responsibilities Lead strength and conditioning sessions for athletes ages 7–16. Develop age-appropriate training sessions focused on athletic development and soccer performance. Teach proper movement mechanics, strength exercises, speed techniques, jumping/landing mechanics, and change-of-direction skills. Modify exercises and training intensity based on an athlete's age, ability, experience, and individual needs. Create a fun, energetic, and professional training environment. Provide clear coaching cues and feedback to athletes. Maintain a strong emphasis on safety, technique, and proper progression. Communicate professionally with athletes, parents, coaches, and Sogility staff. Continue developing knowledge of youth strength & conditioning and soccer-specific performance training. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, Sport Science, or a related field OR currently working toward an undergraduate degree in a related field . Strong interest in youth athletic development. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with young athletes. Reliable, professional, and energetic personality. Ability to coach proper exercise technique and movement mechanics. Preferred: NSCA CSCS certification Master's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field. Previous experience working with youth athletes. Experience working with soccer players or within a soccer performance environment. Additional strength & conditioning, performance, or coaching certifications. Schedule Primary coaching hours are: Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM–7:30 PM We are flexible with scheduling and can work with candidates who have school, work, or other commitments. Availability for multiple weekday sessions is preferred. Compensation $20/hour Part-time position with the opportunity to build consistent coaching hours based on availability and facility needs.
